Employment Assistance
The federal and provincial governments fund a number of agencies in Kingston to assist people looking for work. Services offered include job search programs, resource centres, career counselling, training and self-employment assistance. Specialized services are available for youth, people with disabilities, immigrants, and aboriginals.
FERC staff are knowledgeable about the programs and services offered by other agencies. Please call or come to see us if you want assistance with a referral.
